Umbra: Tools for Your Recipes and Cookbooks
The Portochef provides a different way of storing recipes you've clipped from magazines or printed off the web. It comes with 26 plastic sleeves.
And then there's the cooknook under-cabinet cookbook (and recipe card) holder.

I bought these two Umbra organizers and tried them out. Love the concept but suspect the designers don't cook.
Place a large cookbook in the Cooknook and you can't open your cupboards. As for the Portochef? A mere 26 sleeves will hold only a fraction of my recipes. It also falls flat easily, which defeats the purpose. A three-ring binder and sheet protectors will work better and cost much less.
I wish I could give these products a rave review, but they just don't work the way the designers intended.
Thank you for sharing your experiences, Christie. I like the detailed reviews on your web site, too.
