Baskets: Storage Can Be Beautiful
Baskets can be such wonderful containers - so I'm always glad to find another good source. My latest such find are the handmade baskets from Ten Thousand Villages, a business dedicated to fair trade.
The basket shown above is the footed bamboo basket from Thailand. Update on August 29, 2010: This specific basket is no longer available.
Another lovely option is the large bawn grass basket from Bangladesh. And there are so many more - take a look! Update on August 29, 2010: This specific basket is no longer available.

I love beautiful baskets. We keep a basket in the corner of the family room filled with blankets and afghans. Nice to keep you cozy on a cold evening.
Thanks for commenting, Diana. You've inspired me to do another basket-related post in the near future.
