Drying the Laundry Inside - Drying Racks, Part 2
After yesterday's post about drying racks, a reader from Australia wrote asking about products available in her country. As I investigated, I found that at least four of yesterday's listings are sold through Australian sites - and the post has been modified to show that.
But I also found a few more notable laundry racks to show you - available in Australia and beyond. The photo above shows you one of the many interesting drying racks from Foppapedretti of Italy - and yes, some of them are available in the U.S. and in Australia.
And this ceiling-mounted drying rack from Usethings - which you load at a comfortable height and then hoist to the ceiling - is made in Australia from plantation-grown sugar gum from SmartTimbers.
This final one - named the Best Drying Rack - has no Australian connection; it's made in the U.S. by a small family business. All the pictures on the site are pretty low quality, but there's a decent video to give you a better glimpse at this interesting product.
