Recipe Boxes: The Woodworker Edition
There are lots of ways to organize your recipes - the recipe box is just one. Lounsberry Wood Crafts makes recipe card boxes - but what really caught my eye were the recipe organizers, most of them special order items.
Mountain Woods has roll-top recipe boxes - the one shown above, and another design.
And Tyler Morris Woodworking makes some darn nice recipe boxes, too.
Over on Etsy, you can get this "gigantic" recipe box that weights 20 pounds! The drawers will hold 4x6 inch cards, and the slanted top lid will hold a recipe card - or a cookbook. Update on Dec. 31, 2010: I'm no longer seeing this product for sale.
And if you'd like your wood recipe box to be painted, WiseAcres Art has some boxes for you to consider. Update on Feb. 25, 2014: I no longer see recipe boxes on that website.
